The end, Is just a new Beginning

I was seven years old when I saw my first musical Fiddler on The Roof! too this day it remains my favorite show, I hope someday to be in it. Its what sparked this love of Theater in my life! and this weekend I had to say goodbye to a show I had fallen in love with, with an amazing cast of people.....no Friends.....no Best friends! The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, at Emerald City theater. it was an eye opening experience I have never consider myself a singer, or Vocalist or (insert other adjective) but I loved this show too much not too go for it. I played the one and only William Morris Barfee'

It was such a Challenge, but I stood proud and took my place amongst the elite! I am posting this today to remind myself of were I have been, and were I shall go! Emerald City is closing for a bit a necessary Hiatus. and it didn't hit me until the final bow. I moved to Columbus in December of last year, and on December 11th I will have lived there for one whole year. the very first thing I did when I moved was audition for Sherlock Holmes at ECP, and I made it as Watson! this theater became my home, my escape and my family! I am blessed. and when they re-open I will be the first in line to Audition! But where does this take me now?! Back to Mount Vernon for the show "No sex please were British" then I am Attempting a life long dream for Little Theater off Broadways version of "The Music-man" and I am suiciding (only auditioning and only accepting) the Mayors Wife! so we will see were this Thespian ends up! I leave you know readers (okay more like reader) With a few of my favorite shots from the show.
Until Next time,

  1. Well - here's look'n at you from reader number one! What a blessing to have something you love so much in your life. I was away from drama (and my actual life) for 3 months over the summer- it sharpened my perspective. I wish we could get you back up to MT.Vernon for good - I think there is a place for you here...we'll just see where God takes you! In the meantime - we welcome you back with open arms...even if it's temporary.
